Cedar 8x8 beams/posts - $50 each
Email ben@lumberstash.com to purchase. These lived their whole life indoors so there is no rot, and never painted or stained. The checking is from drying, not from breaking. Although there are cracks from drying, they all feel exceptionally sturdy. There's an easily removable nail here and there, but largely ready to go. There's some twist in some of them from drying. New swinging patio/french screen doors - $200 w/hardware and instructions
Email ben@lumberstash.com to purchase New never installed Marvin Ultimate swinging screen doors for inswing french doors/patio doors. These are brown in color and come with the closer, hardware, instructions, etc. I believe it is everything to install them. They are for a standard size 72in wide by 80in height, but they look like they can be adjusted. Asking $200 for the whole setup - pickup in Minnetonka.

Original to a 1961 Minneapolis home that was built by the owner of Stewart lumber. thought this was oak at first, but now we believe it is Ash . 3/4” thick. some are 4”,6” and 7” wide. they range from about 8 feet long to 14 feet long. We removed the nails they are bundled and ready to go. Pick up in South Minneapolis. The front side looks like it was wired brushed. It has a really nice texture and a light white color
