350 Sqft 1-1/2” Wide Red Oak Flooring
$200 or 800 Jeremy@LumberStash.com Looks like it was original to the home and installed in the 1940s. Still nice and thick. 1-1/2” wide 3/4” thick. It was all on the second story of the house so the tongue and groove is relatively clean. Boards range from about 18 inches to 8 feet long. $800 if we will denail and bundle. $200 as is with nails in it and you remove the nails. $250 Jeremy@LumberStash.com Beautiful golden brown Birch cabinets .. there is darkening where hands have touched over the years. I believe a lot of that could be cleaned up. Some of the patina is here to stay. See photos, the backs are open. These were built to have the backsplash resting on a countertop.
