Birch Stair Treads & Risers

It has paint drips, will be beautiful once refinished. 2.5” wide. a full 3/4” thick. most boards are 4 to 10 feet long. there was carpet on some of it so there are a few tiny holes from Staples that we removed. A small portion of it was subfloor so there are larger holes from wood floor on top. All together there’s more like 210 ft.². We are rounding down to 180 ft.². Beautiful old 1” thick White Oak

3 Window Set
Sam@LumberStash.com Three paneled windows. Fir frame and glass in great condition, except small crack in one window. Stained oak trim (not pictured) and jamb can be included, or you can do just the windows. Windows are 24" x 24", dark stain on the inside and white paint on the outside.
