This is Beech originally installed in 1916. Nice old wood. Beech was installed a common flooring installed back then, most people probably think it’s Maple, I thought this was maple at first. Lots of 4’, 6’, 10’ and even 12+ foot long boards. It has been refinished several times. One or maybe two refinishes left in these boards. They are not perfectly even in thickness. We removed them carefully so the tongue and groove is intact. We removed the nails. They are a little thin, which is why we’re only asking about $1.30 per square foot.
