Approximately 50 square feet of beautiful Cherry hardwood flooring. The homeowner did an exemplary job of removing the flooring and nails without damaging the tongue and groove. This would be a gorgeous small space, accent strip mixed in with another flooring color, or make for amazing material for woodworking. Asking $2/sq ft aka $100 for the whole batch. I'd rather not split it up, but may consider it.
