Things we build or our clients built with LumberStash salvaged wood.
New salvage / deconstruction projects
OR maybe just a photo that we like
Nice Built In
This nice old house is planed to be redeveloped. We salvaged the bilr in, radiators, all the wood floor, subfloor, doors, fixtures, kitchen, trim many things the renters left behind and a lot more to save it from the landfill.
Gym Floor we Salvaged in Iowa
If it’s being replaced or demolished, we are crazy enough to pull an entire gym floor up board by board to get it reused.
Salvaging 2 Layers of Floor
This was 1/4” thick Oak strips on top of the original 3/4” White Pine installed in 1903. We carefully removed both layers and got them reused.
Another Deck Rescued
Lots of nice 20’ boards. PHI was hired to replace this deck. They hired us to deconstruct and salvage it
Old Habits
Still can’t pass a dumpster and leave good wood stranded.
This floor ALMOST became trash
It was an old stage. John did a great job reinstalling and refinishing it then sent us this photo!
Salvaged Redwood
This looked like ugly old wood before Dave got his hands on it. Custom made for a client
500 Foot Fence
Thanks to Scott at Fence Concepts we kept this out of the landfill.
Every Last Piece of 330 SQFT Deck
The homeowners wanted a new deck. Instead of trashing it all (standard practice ) PHI Decks hired us to deconstruct it . 400 LBS of it was rotten and went to the landfill 2,400 LBS was reused.
Reclaimed Birch
Originally installed at the Pillsbury Mansion in 1903 This floor is now 5 miles north in N.E. MPLS
One of our developer partners.
Ground up Development gives us access to their properties before they are demolished. We quickly salvage all the good stuff while meeting the requirements to earn grant money for them .
